Thank you for your interest!
My name is Michael Olesky

Michael is a designer with a focus on residential design. Originally he focused on new designs through high school and his associate degree studies. Most of his principles in design are focused on space planning, A key topic for interior and architectural designers.

“Less is more” Ludwig Mies van der Rohe

Mies van der Rohe was the founder of International Style architecture. Mike follows through with this design philosophy by always asking himself and clients, “What does this feature do for the design?”
This is a type of practical designing that highlights minimalism.

“Form follows function” Louis H. Sullivan

Louis Sullivan was a famous American Architect, known as the “father of skyscrapers” and a mentor to Frank Lloyd Wright. When everything needs to have a function, designs go one of two ways: Simplicity, or intricacy. The earliest surviving architectural arts were grand in history. Michael enjoys the earlier designs and revivals, they are a unique way to relive your favorite time in history.

Design

For Michael, design has always been his passion. He believes every form that exists has a purpose. Life breathes into the larger plan. Understanding light, shadow, color and form brings purpose not just to the design but to occupants of the building.

Consultancy

Designers are salespeople. However, Mike likes to consider sales as an extension of consulting with the belief that choices lie with the sponsors. He likes to help customers reach that decision through professional expertise.
